I have directadmin v.1.51.3 whit installed smapassassin.
I want drop all incoming emails to a specific account except all emails received from another specific account.
in the other words, i need the A account only receive email from B and other emails drop.
I try write some rule on exim.conf or exim.spamassassin.conf file but they don't work :-/
How can i do that?

I would like to have e-mail from specific users being sent through an exteal SMTP.

For example a customer uses the PHP mail() function to send mass e-mails, so I would like to have all e-mail originating from that domain being relayed through e.g. Amazon SES or another better suited SMTP server.

How could I make this happen?

I mean in userpanel of the custombuild plugin where you see updates.

It is not saying from what versior the update is. ( so the installed version you can't see there) this is for other software as curl update you can read update from "version oldnr" to "version newnr"

So you can read wich is the version that is installed before you going to update, could be handy for some reasons if it is important...

It is a minor thing but if doing this for some, i think better do display the oldversion nrs for all software updates?

After changing the values in options.conf, I did do "./build php d (or 'n')".
Should I try building PHP again?

Or should Apache be rebuild as well also, before php?

Also, I think I could by now also get rid of the 2nd (php5.6) all together as all the domains have been ruing on php7.1 for a number of time without issues anymore.

I'm still dealing with a mismatched Imagick-install which throws a Notice, so losing the 2nd PHP-install could simplify trouble shooting perhaps.

I would like to install Horde Webmail on my Directadmin serwer but I don't know how to do that and if that is still possible? I tried various how-to even from this forum but the threads are very old and those automated solutions aren't working anymore, can anyone help me with this?

Please keep in mind this is not a pc support forum, but only a forum for support to Directadmin control panel users.
You might best ask computer and other software related questions on a computer forum.

I have disable_functions line but exec was removed due to issues with Centovacast. I could try adding exec again.
Indeed, remove execution rights is also a possibility, stupid that I did not think of it.

I also think the user might not aware of it being ruing. I do have maldetect ruing, munin and CSF/LFD so if something really goes wrong I'll be notified. But it would be better to find out which user is causing this.
Probably indeed by disabling it for the users, somebody will complaint or I might see something in the logs.

I have suspended one of the users which has Let's Encrypt certificates. I have suspended the account, because the domain is not residing at that server at the moment.

Still, the renewal process takes places and obviously it fails.

Shouldn't the renewal process be postponed or disabled when the account is suspended?

Directadmin has been ruing flawlessly for months on a vps with 2GB ram. I use clamav for scaing email.

Since a few days clamd uses all available memory of the VPS, about 512MB, and then crashes. Again and again in a 1-minute loop:
clamd crashes -> clamd starts again automatically -> clamd reaches 512MB memory usage and crashes again.

Already tried a reinstall of clamav and some tweaks in /etc/clamd.conf (less instances, less coections, smaller queue...), but for now the problem persists.

Does anyone have any suggestions for lowering the memory usage of clamd?

I am trying to setup email server for several months. I could not get it perfect. I just wondered why Gmail can reach all of my customer's servers even though Gmail didn't pass SMTP Baer test?
Is there any server that Gmail caot reach?
Is there any server that we have to do whitelist for gmail.com?

I've searched the forum but the solutions are at least 1+year old, so i guess outdated.

The server runs on the latest version of DA and Letsencrypt. Updated both yesterday, received this error message again last night.

HPKP is a real pain in the... to implement and maintain. Your end users will regularly get blocked websites because of change of certificates and other things. I would not recommend it is an easy option with a single click in a control panel. It's better to leave it to the user to make it manually (which is hard, so only experienced users who know what to do will do it).

Directadmin has nothing to do with Outlook. This is hosting server administration software, as for email, Directadmin will support any email client including Outlook but sending and retrieving email is as far as the support goes. If you are having issues with Outlook and the contact list, you should contact Microsoft, they are the ones that make and support Outlook.

@24x7server, Disabling opcache is not a fix, but a work around.

@msbsmt, Are your ruing OPCache? Is DirectAdmin up to date? Maybe it would help to:

While I agree some content on this site is old, I disagree we need to "purge" all old data. I do believe some old information could be deleted, yet even if some of it doesn't apply (or like the example given) is full of abandoned projects, it provides valuable information for somebody who might be trying to do the same.

Once we have that out of the way, I do believe that a Wiki would allow different users to take over maintaining and allow for better information sharing. Of course the forums are great to ask questions and share some information, yet a Wiki would allow for guides and lists to be better placed and allow different users to add to that information or fixes down the road. The only problem I see, would be to figure out a way to "moderate" wiki changes to avoid people who "think" will make a process better, but instead break it...

In the Admin Backup/Transfer section, I've created a Backup Cron job to run daily at 3am, however the cron job is not ruing.

In this same section under Create Backup, if I choose the "Now" option it will run the backup job successfully.

But the cron job is not ruing at night. And if I select the specific cron job and click Run Now, the cron job still does not run.

How can I determine what is going on?
